選載: 菩提上進 STIR-FRIED GRAPES WITH PEANUT CHILLI SAUCE 材料: ‧鮮提子 12兩 ‧鮮草菇 1斤 ‧花生醬 3湯匙 ‧辣椒油 3湯匙 做法: 1. 鮮提子去皮去核。 2. 哈蜜瓜挖成圓球狀。 3. 鮮草菇在頂部打十字,洗淨隔水。 4. 將辣油加入花生醬開成糊狀,即成麻辣醬。 5. 用油半杯,燒滾炒鮮菇,再加入麻辣醬炒3分鐘,熄火,待 轉涼後加入提子拌勻即可起鑊。 6. 哈蜜瓜放在玻璃皿裏,加上炒好之材料後放入雪櫃2小時, 待冷凍後可作冷盆食用。 註: 可用龍眼代替鮮提子。 Ingredients: ‧480g (1 lb) fresh grapes ‧480g (1 lb) hami melon ‧640g (1 1/2 lb) fresh straw mushrooms ‧3 tbsp peanut butter ‧3 tbsp chilli oil Method: 1. Peel and remove seeds from grapes. 2. Scoop out flesh of hami melon into ball shapes 3. Cut cross slits on the cap of each straw mushroom. Rinse and drain. 4. Mix peanut butter with chilli oil to make sauce 5. Heat 1/2 cup oil to boil and saute straw mushrooms for 1 minutes. Pour in sauce and simmer for 3 minute. Turn off the heat and let cool. Add grapes, mix well and set aside. 6. Place hami melon in a glass container andadd the combined ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve cold. Note: Grapes can be replaced by longans.
