Author Bio
Paul Henderson and David N. Thomas have worked in community development since the early 1970s. Their experience neighbourhood work, training, consultancy and research. Most recently, they worked together as directors at the Community Development Foundation. They have also published extensively, both in the UK and mainland Europe.
