The book Splinters 0f The Cross is written for the millions of people around the world who have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ the Lamb of God. It is written to properly address the issue of suffering for Christ in order to more effectively be a witness to sinners for Him. Man's condition warranted God's intervention into history to rescue us from eternal destruction. This book is for those who get perplexed about the subject of suffering. My aim in this book is to reveal to its reader through the scriptures that the favor of God creates pathways to victory in every dilemma in life. And that when we understand the reason behind our suffering we can more freely access the help and support available to us in Jesus Christ. To be a Christian means to be a follower of Christ; because He is blessed, we are blessed and that beyond measure for His great love with which He loved us. The content of this book will also remind us of our purpose, the reason why we are here. That reason being to share God's love with the world through the revelation of Jesus His Son, referred to as the suffering servant. Finally, this book is written to show to us that although no one enjoys suffering in any form, when we suffer for the cause of Christ, we discover the bridge to our victory that's often unforeseen. That is; we learn to allow our experience of faith testing to run its course to completion. This is our secret weapon for triumphant Christian living. This is a place it seems, that scores of people fail to reach. Life lived for the Lord Jesus will sometimes call for suffering of some kind, but the greatest thing about suffering for Him is that He never asks us to suffer without Him. He suffers through it with us, assuring our ultimate and triumphant victory!
