Nowadays, natural products and in particular medicinal plants, play an important role in human health and therapeutics. Across the world, several different cultures employ medicinal plants for the treatment of a wide range of pathological conditions. In this book, we address the antioxidant properties of several medicinal plants, as well as their traditional uses and conservation strategies.
