Robert Walker returns home after graduating from Boston University with plans to become a teacher and live a peaceful, ordinary life. He is reunited with friends, family, and his first and only love. While Robert is enjoying his time home, a killer named Luther White is murdering the criminals of America. He believes that he is cleansing the country and a recently formed group- The New Lutherans- is worshiping him and his beliefs. Luther White is slowly killing his way toward Robert to change his life forever. On a peaceful summer night, Luther White breaks into the Walker home and kidnaps Robert's father. The next day, Robert finds his loving father dead in an abandoned house. Robert decides to seek revenge and enlists the help of his father's old friend. While the two are searching for the killer, they discover a connection that disturbs them and brings them closer to unraveling why Luther White killed Robert's father and who he really is.
