Dr. Rakesh Kumar Arya is the 'Editor-in-chief' of a a hindi daily- 'Ugtaa Bharat'. He was born on 17th July 1967 village-Mahavad, distt. Gautam buddha nagar, Uttar Pradesh. This creative work is his 54th book on the occasion of his 54th birthday. Shri Arya has been awarded by HRD ministry, Govt. of India; Sh. Kalyan Singh the then governor of Rajasthan; various Universities/Educational Institutions of our country.
