Honcho made a promise to someone while in prison and he made good on his promise within twenty minutes of him being home. Hondo, his identical twin, had no clue that his brother's promise would spark off a deadly gang war... nor did he care. If it was up to THA TWINZ, the city would be without gangs. Honcho and Hondo, along with their Odonnell Heights Project crew, try to navigate through the summer without getting killed or going to jail; but their family is somehow tied up in the twisted gang affairs and they must sift through the rumors and facts to find the truth. Can they do it with an unofficial 'green light' on their lives? Or will the gang have their way and erase THA TWINZ whole existence?
