Right or wrong, morals or principles, 611, 648 Baltimore residents or 11 violent murders, is what Detectives Hawk and Animal must choose from when they are confronted with the opportunity to make Baltimore City a safer place by turning a blind eye. Only the oath they took to protect and serve stands in the way. Hawk and Animal's worst fear unfold when the grim reaper comes knocking for the city's most feared killers (Godz). They go from the hunters to the hunted as death becomes them. The detectives must quickly track down the killer and spoil the innovative plot to kill every God the city failed to convict. The Godz that's left catch on to the clever plot as well, but will the knowledge of knowing death is on their heels be enough to prevent them from dying savagely? Someone is pulling the strings from deep within Baltimore's administration and it's on the shoulders of the two detectives to find out who's trying to rid the city of Godz.
