After Bubba's adventure in turning the tables on his alien abductors and getting his very own spaceship, Bubba now works for the government out of the super-secret base, Area 51. Now he's being dispatched to Mars to attempt to fix the latest Mars rover. However, things quickly go awry when the rover turns out to be sentient, turns itself into a monster truck-looking version of the very expensive Mars rover, and goes out to do its own thing. Now partnered with Chase Levine, a member of the famous Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Bubba must capture the rover, fix it, and hopefully keep all of this secret from his bosses and the people of Earth. Will Bubba succeed, or will the world get to see the Dukes of Hazzard played out on Mars?
