Mad Scribe Magazine is an indie quarterly publication that focuses on various types of tabletop gaming and pop culture. In this issue, I got to interview Tracy Lesch, one of the original artists for the original Dungeons & Dragons. It was so interesting hearing his stories about Gary Gygax and the early days of TSR. If you're at all interested in the history of OD&D you'll want to check out Tracy's interview. We also had an interesting interview with Lilith Cohen, the author of F.A.T.A.L.2, a game with a reputation that precedes itself. If you're into the odd and/or unapologetic, then don't miss this irreverent Q&A.
As usual, we've got loads of OP-ED articles on pop culture & gaming topics, GM advice, boardgame reviews, a StarWars Legion battle report, beautiful full-page cosplay images, and D&D fan fiction at its finest with "Hilda Finds a Home" by Uri Kurlianchik. Enjoy, and let the good times roll!
