Walter Miller was the man of the house. His mother relied on him to watch his younger sisters and take care of the family. The responsibility was a heavy burden for a young boy and his only solace was going to church on Sunday. Growing up too fast, Walter left home to join the Air force then married hoping to start his own family. Walter's life spiraled downward when his wife passed away suddenly. Instead of listening to his mother's words to Trust in God, he turned his back on the Lord. Drug addiction, crime and despair consumed his life. Until one day...God picked him up and set him on the right path. Through poetry and prose, Walter takes the reader along on an inspirational journey as he reckons his life with Jesus, finding forgiveness, acceptance and peace of mind.
