Mark Graham Brown has been consulting with organizations on improving performance since 1979. He has worked with business and government organizations in the U.S. and 16 other countries, and is regarded as one of the leading experts on performance measurement/balanced scorecard and the Baldrige model. Mr. Brown is the author of the first bestselling book ever written on the Baldrige criteria that has been updated every year since 1990. He is also the author of three books on balanced scorecards. Mark's corporate clients include: Bose, Medtronic, Wells Fargo, Farmers Insurance, ESAB, PepsiCo, Momentum Textiles, Promega, and Bechtel.
